Don Tomasi Cabernet Sauvignon-Nero d’Avola 2005, monumental pulp and velvety and balsamic spices!

3 cabernet base 291px_LCCabernet Sauvignon-Nero d’Avola Don Tomasi, blend of 70% Cabernet and 30% Nero d’Avola, is the top of our wine production.

It born from selected grapes, stays 12 months in barrique and become refined along years in bottle.

Available years are 2004 of which are left a few of precious bottles for sale in Italy and Europe and 2005 year available in Italy only.

Monument of pulp and balsamic spices, the Cabernet Sauvignon-Nero d’Avola Don Tomasi smells of fresh scents like oregano, rosemary and a gentle vanilla. Into the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied and harmonic. Fine tannins are perfectly polymerized.

Perfect with meat courses and well-matured cheese, it has to be served at 18° c. after decanting.

Cabernet Sauvignon-Nero d’Avola Don Tomasi, a magnificent, unique and important wine, available in stylish wooden box for 3 or 6 bottles for 2005 year and wonderful litographed cardboard for 2004 year.

Sheep’s Milk Ricotta Cheese is Online!

Three red wines Online!

To begin, we suggest our “Don Tomasi Rosso IGP Sicilia 2010”, a blend of Syrah and Nero d’Avola with a slight passage inside the barrel. It is perfect to pair it with white meat and non-mature cheeses.

Then we suggest a “Don Tomasi Jatò Rosso IGT SIcilia 2009”, a blend 60% Syrah and 40% Nero d’Avola with a maturing of 8 months inside the barrel and 6 months inside steel tanks. A standing out taste of red fruits, balsamic herbs and with a slight hint of wood. Tannins are fine to palate and well incorporated.

Lastly, at the top of the range, our “Cabernet Sauvignon” – Nero d’Avola Don Tomasi IGT Sicilia 2005”, refined 12 months inside the barrel, 6 months inside steel tanks, and then it matures inside the bottle for years. Sensations of oregano, rosemary and a slight non-preponderant vanilla taste. It is a full-bodied wine with perfectly polymerized tannins.

The packaging containing our Three Wonderful Red Wines will be sent to your address immediately the day after the online order.

It is advisable to serve them after decanting, at a temperature of 18°.
