Cabernet Sauvignon-Nero d’Avola Don Tomasi, blend of 70% Cabernet and 30% Nero d’Avola, is the top of our wine production.
It born from selected grapes, stays 12 months in barrique and become refined along years in bottle.
Available years are 2004 of which are left a few of precious bottles for sale in Italy and Europe and 2005 year available in Italy only.
Monument of pulp and balsamic spices, the Cabernet Sauvignon-Nero d’Avola Don Tomasi smells of fresh scents like oregano, rosemary and a gentle vanilla. Into the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied and harmonic. Fine tannins are perfectly polymerized.
Perfect with meat courses and well-matured cheese, it has to be served at 18° c. after decanting.
